A few words about us
A Superb Dining Experience
Kool Beanz has established its own unique identity as a no-frills, easy-going restaurant with excellent food and service. Make sure you stop by for lunch or dinner… it’s fun, quick and delicious. And now we offer an excellent Sunday Brunch too!
A few tantalizing choices, on our menu, which changes daily, have included Cuban-Spiced Pork Chops with mango habanero salsa; Linguini with tasso ham, mushrooms, crawfish, roasted garlic cream sauce; Tuscan style lamb; and Sake-teriyaki glazed salmon with sesame roasted asparagus, sambal chutney and wasabi mashed potatoes.
You will find a number of interesting “Starters” including smoky corn-crab cakes with cilantro-lime sauce and jerk pork-mango quesadillas. “Greens & Stuff” has a variety of unusual salad offerings.
Our wine list is an effort to offer the more esoteric selections, featuring many choices “by the glass” as well as a good range of beers.
We don’t take reservations, but we can accommodate large groups, and encourage everyone to Eat, Drink & Talk Loud – You’re Among Friends!

A big believer in “giving back”, Kool Beanz Cafe has remained involved and active in the local community with outreach to many local charities and causes as well as supporting many of the local farmers and food vendors.

A Brief History…
Owner/chef Keith Baxter has spent over 35 years in the restaurant business, with 20 plus years at the helm of Kool Beanz Cafe that he opened in 1996.
Originally from London, Keith is influenced by his having lived in, and travels to many different countries. Those influences are reflected in the creative, daily changing menus.
